We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our courses are digital products, our refund policy is built around one simple line: refundable until we send it.
1.Our refund promise
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided we have not yet sent you the course files. If you change your mind in that window and we have not yet emailed the course to you, we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
2.How this works for each product
Ready-to-use (£199)
We aim to send Ready-to-use shortly after payment. If you decide you would like a refund, contact us before we have sent the files and within 14 days of purchase, and we will refund you in full.
Branded (£299)
Branded courses are built to order using your organisation's details. While we are still preparing it, and within 14 days of purchase, you can cancel for a full refund. Once we have emailed the finished branded course to you, it is complete and the sale is final.
3.How to request a refund
Email hello@fortifise.com with your order details and a short note that you would like a refund. We will confirm and process it promptly.
4.How refunds are paid
Refunds are made through Stripe to your original payment method. Once we process a refund, it is usually back with you within a few working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
5.If something is wrong with your course
This policy is about changing your mind. It does not limit your legal rights. If a course is faulty, will not work as it should, or is not as we described it, contact us and we will put it right by fixing or re-supplying it, or refunding you, regardless of the 14-day window.
6.Consumers
If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. Because you are buying digital content, that right ends once we supply the files with your agreement, which is the same delivery cut-off described above. We make this clear at checkout. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed content are unaffected.
